Overview
✓ No personal data collected
Trigger Event AI is a Chrome extension that automates order status changes on Turkish food delivery
platforms (Yemeksepeti, Getir, Trendyol Yemek, and similar) by listening to real-time events from your
own backend system.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data the extension accesses, why,
and how it is handled.
Data We Do NOT Collect
Trigger Event AI does not collect, store, transmit, or share any of the following:
- Personally identifiable information (name, email, address)
- Financial or payment information
- Authentication credentials or passwords
- Browsing history or web activity
- Location data
- Any data from third parties
What the Extension Accesses
To perform its automation function, the extension accesses the following — solely on your device:
- Active tab content: Reads the current page's HTML and takes a screenshot to locate
the correct order and button. This data never leaves your device except as part of the AI query to
identify UI elements.
- Tab list: Detects which food delivery platform tabs are open to route events
correctly.
- Local storage: Stores platform configuration and connection state locally on your
device. Nothing is sent to our servers.
Third-Party Services
The extension connects to:
- Ably (ably.com): A WebSocket messaging service used to receive real-time order
trigger events from your own backend. No personal user data is transmitted through this channel.
- Anthropic Claude API: Used to analyze screenshots and page content to locate order
elements. Screenshots are processed transiently and are not stored by the extension.
These services have their own privacy policies which we encourage you to review.
Permissions Explained
- activeTab: To read and interact with the active platform tab during order
processing.
- tabs: To identify which platform tabs are open.
- scripting: To inject automation scripts that click order status buttons.
- storage: To save configuration settings locally.
- offscreen: To maintain the WebSocket connection in the background.
- host permissions: To operate across multiple food delivery platform domains.
Data Security
All processing happens locally on your device. No user data is transmitted to our servers. The extension
communicates only with your own backend system via Ably.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an
